Natividad Building, Manila
An illustrious case of Beaux Arts architecture, the Natividad Building in Escolta stands out with its pastel-colored edifice exuding pristine vibes as if one’s walking down a Parisian neighborhood. Having its design crafted by the Philippine-born Spanish architect Fernando de la Cartera Blondeau, it is not a surprise that it once homed a number of fashion boutiques, novelty bookstores, and corporate offices.
